Gold Mantis has developed a BIM digital platform for the decoration industry with independent intellectual property rights. The digitalized management has greatly improved the efficiency and makes the construction duration more controllable. Through the application of VR technology, it helps designers and owners experience the spaces and effects virtually, clarifies the whole process from design to construction, greatly improves the efficiency in marketing, design and construction, and reduces the cost. It has jointly built a number of influential projects including Beijing Daxing International Airport, CITIC Tower, Shanghai Center, Mount Putuo Guanyin Dharma Realm. It has the most complete and mature technology in BIM and VR application system in the domestic decoration industry.

作為國(guó)家首批 “裝配式建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)基地”，金螳螂以 “住宅、公寓、酒店、醫(yī)療康養(yǎng)、辦公”為五大棧心，構(gòu)建綠色智造、環(huán)保健康的裝配式產(chǎn)品，并和住建部科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展中心簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，共建國(guó)家裝配式建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)-基地與裝配化裝修產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新中心等平臺(tái)。

As one of the first "Prefabricated Construction Industrial Bases" in China, Gold Mantis takes "residential, apartment, hotel, medical and health care, and office" as five areas to build green, intelligent, environment-friendly, and healthy prefabricated products. It has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Science and Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to co-build an Internet platform of the pre-fab decoration industry, an innovation exhibition center for pre-fab decoration products, and other platforms.

截止2024年9月，金螳螂獲得中國(guó)發(fā)明授權(quán)專利765項(xiàng)、中國(guó)實(shí)用新型授權(quán)專利1914項(xiàng)，國(guó)家計(jì)算機(jī)軟件著作權(quán)332項(xiàng)，1219項(xiàng)研發(fā)新技術(shù)獲得“江蘇省科技創(chuàng)新技術(shù)成果推廣”，并參與90多項(xiàng)國(guó)家、行業(yè)、團(tuán)體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定。

As of the end of 2024, Gold Mantis had applied for 1,914 national patents, including 765 invention patent; awarded the "promotion of scientific and technological innovation achievements in Jiangsu Province" for 1,219 new R&D technologies; led (or involved in) the formulation of over 90 state industrial standards.
